Margaret Fuller

Born and raised in Mexico, Rosa became an architect in 1990 after receiving a Bachelor of Architecture at Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. Rosa came to Canada in 1994 and has continued to practise architecture in the Vancouver area. In 2010, she became a registered architect in B.C. Rosa has an integrated approach, incorporating sustainable design wherever possible. Her client focus and honed organizational skills give clients full assurance that their deadlines are met and budgets are respected. Rosa’s extensive experience in dealing with municipalities and collaborating with building officials enables her to successfully facilitate project approvals and building permits. Because she is personable and client centered, Rosa fosters lasting relationships with clients and consultants.

Foreign registered Architect, AIAInternational Associate member, AIBC Intern Architect, with 22 years of massive experience in architectural design and management. Worked with many high profile architectural international companies, such as SNC-Lavalin, IBI/ HB, RMJM, Parsons, CH2 MHILL, and WoodsBagot. Kubba has Master’s degree in Architecture Science, Architecture and Society, and honor class bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. Ban practiced architecture all around the world; Baghdad, Dubai, Jordan, and Vancouver. She contributed in many world featured high rise projects. From the Capital Gate ADNEC tower in Abu Dhabi, to Dubai Towers in Doha, and Dubai Tower Jeddah, to Burrard Gate Towers in Vancouver. Currently working with SNC-Lavalin on the one billion Ever Green Line Metro Project.Kubba practice art as a passion.

Lorena Espinoza is an expert in the fast-changing world of web and graphic design. Graduated from Ryerson University with a Visual Communications degree and later completed a BEd from Queens in Education Technological Studies. She ran her own studio Room 101 for over 15 years, in Toronto, which specialized in fashion visual collateral including photography, print and web development. Some of her clients included Toronto Fashion Week and the Toronto Fashion Incubator. She then initiated the new Digital Image Design program at Fleming College, where she held the role of Academic Program Coordinator and Instructor. Lorena then decided to turn her direction to place the she always wanted to be, Vancouver. She packed her car and her dog Maya, and drove across this great country of ours
